Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a UAM Field Technician 1 to support utility asset management in a field setting. The role involves planning, inspecting, and capturing information about utility infrastructure, with extensive travel and hands-on use of GPS, field devices, and GIS tools.

You will learn and apply technical skills under supervision, with a focus on delivering accurate field data while adhering to safety and client requirements.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be willing to learn mapping collection software.
• Read and comprehend instructions and communicate clearly.
• Perform basic arithmetic computations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently or in pairs to meet schedules.
• Fulfill weekly production targets for clients.
• Photograph and record field observations via GPS and cameras.
• Record data accurately in GIS databases.
• Maintain safety and report issues to supervisors.
• Travel 75%-100% for on-site duties.
