Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent supervisory experience.
Experience leading field-based operational teams.
Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.
Valid driver's license and ability to participate in on-call and emergency response activities.

Responsibilities

Supervise field employees and contractors, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure maintenance, construction, and repair work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards and regulations.
Monitor field operations, productivity, work quality, and resource utilization.
Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Develop employee training, succession plans, and workforce schedules, including overtime and vacation planning.
Create and maintain SOPs, operational records, asset data, reports, and budgets.
Support emergency preparedness and participate in on-call and after-hours response activities.
Address customer concerns and balance operational priorities with service expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
