Job summary

Ameren Illinois is seeking a Distribution Design Associate to manage customer and system improvement projects. You will serve as the single point of contact for inquiries, develop engineering field notes, and ensure timely approvals, easements, and rights-of-way for service contracts and permits.

You will analyze load data, coordinate with the Design Center and Operations, and ensure policy compliance while delivering reliable distribution or gas services to customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Ameren Illinois as primary contact for customers, builders, and developers on service requests
• Provide engineering services for reliability, planning and replacement projects
• Manage customer and system improvement projects to meet deadlines
• Gather load information and service details to size facilities correctly
• Coordinate with Operations to align project schedules with in-service dates
