Lead the team that keeps Odessa’s water and wastewater systems running strong. We’re hiring a hands‑on Field Crew Leader to supervise crews, coordinate projects, and ensure safe, high-quality infrastructure work.

What you’ll do:

• Lead & support field crews on water/wastewater maintenance
• Coordinate work orders, equipment, and materials
• Inspect job sites for safety & compliance
• Train and mentor team members
• Respond to emergency and on‑call situations

What you bring:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 3+ years W/WW experience (or 2+ years with City Utilities)
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Requirements:

• Texas Class A CDL
• TCEQ Class C license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• Availability for after‑hours, weekends & on‑call rotations
