Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a crew of field employees.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and project priorities.
• Perform and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of water lines, meters, hydrants, valves, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory standards are followed.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles for water utility work.
• Inspect job sites, monitor progress, and report updates to management.
• Provide hands-on assistance in fieldwork as needed.
• Foster teamwork and high-quality customer service.
