Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned utility construction projects.

This role ensures project scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication are managed with discipline and clarity while maintaining proactive risk visibility, accurate forecasting, and dependable execution. You will partner with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margins, forecast accurately, and maintain schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager or equivalent field-heavy construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent utility construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and change orders with proactive risk visibility.
• Serve as primary customer contact for project updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with field teams to align schedule, production, and resources.
• Ensure documentation like RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages are complete.
