Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee utility construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and costs align with contracts and customer expectations. You will protect margins through forecasting, billing controls, and proactive risk management, while coordinating with operations and field teams.

The role requires strong leadership to manage multiple concurrent projects, with focus on accuracy, timely reporting, and clear customer communication to preserve trust and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in utility/construction.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Manage project scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure constructible plans and readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
