1 Resource Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all on-site construction activities, with a focus on underground utilities. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in heavy civil projects and a willingness to travel extensively.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction methods, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction, preferably underground utilities or technology/electrical fiber.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
• Monitor budget and costs; communicate variances.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Maintain project schedules and prepare daily progress reports.
