Job summary

Hodge Western Corp seeks a Construction Project Manager for heavy civil and renewable projects. On-site at our Bentonville, AR or Central Oregon offices with 25–50% travel; you will oversee safe, efficient project execution per contract specs and manage pre-project planning, execution and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in PM/APM within utility-scale renewables, heavy civil, or underground utilities; a construction management background or PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction industry Project Management (PM, APM) experience.
• Preferred experience in utility-scale renewable energy, heavy civil, and/or underground utilities.
• Preferred educational background in construction management or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• On-site at our office in either Bentonville, AR or at our office in Central Oregon with 25-50% travel to various project sites.
• Responsible for safe, efficient, and accurate execution of project scopes within contract specifications.

Construction Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Renewable

Remote, US

$125,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually

The focus of Hodge Western Corp over the last 20 years started in heavy civil and evolved into technology-driven, specialty underground utility construction. We operate in three divisions: Renewables, Rock Trenching, and Directional Drilling. Our company works on projects throughout the United States. You have experience in Utility-Scale Renewable, Heavy Civil, and/or Underground Utility Construction working on the Project Team either as a PM or APM. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Annual Salary: $125,000 - $200,000+ based on experience
• 100% Company-paid Medical Insurance for you and direct dependents.
• Four-week annual PTO; 40 hours of annual Sick Time
