The Utility Billing Customer Service Clerk II provides clerical, technical, and financial support within the Southlake Water Utilities division. This position ensures accurate billing, excellent customer service, and maintains customer account integrity through interactions with the public and staff. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining customer utility accounts, processing payments, generating correspondence, and ensuring billing accuracy. The role also supports daily operations, including clerical tasks and account reconciliation for residential and commercial accounts.
