ABB is seeking a Production Supervisor/Utility to operate die setter and press-line equipment at the St. Louis Stamping Plant. The role requires adherence to safety policies, PPE usage, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for long periods.

You will perform setup, quality checks, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain production flow. The position is onsite with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, offering an hourly pay rate of $25.00–$31.28 and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Understand and follow ABB safety policies and hazard communication requirements.
• Wear PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, cut-resistant gloves, and safety sleeves when required.
• Possess dexterity to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment including electric chain hoists and pneumatic tools.
• Inspect parts for burrs, chips, slug marks, and missing features; read blueprints and match parts to work orders.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; operate pallet trucks and cranes.

Responsabilités

• Perform Die Setter, Slit Line, Auto Press, Punch Press, Annealing Lead and Crane operations safely.
• Set up press-line equipment and clear die jams; shutdown procedures and end-of-run cleaning.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure inventory tags and blueprints match work orders.
• Maintain attendance and be available for overtime to meet production demands.
