Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in engineering disciplines with 7–12 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science preferred with 5–10 years of related experience.
Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environment and supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Determine schedules, sequences, and work assignments based on priority and resources.
Monitor work areas and equipment for safety and procedural compliance.
Provide training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques to staff.
Interpret specifications and blueprints to lay out templates and references for workers.
Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and aligns with client requirements.
Manage technical issues and communicate project status to clients and management.
Develop customer relations and identify new business opportunities.
