Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a supervisor for its life sciences engineering and technical support operations. The role involves overseeing work schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and directing teams on equipment installation and maintenance across GMP-regulated environments.

The successful candidate will have an engineering-related degree and substantial supervisory experience, with strong focus on quality, documentation, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, electronics, mechanic, refrigeration and 7 to 12 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Science or related fields preferred. 5 to 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environment and supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority.
• Monitor work areas and equipment to detect unsafe conditions or rule violations.
• Review work performance and counsel employees on job-skill deficiencies.
• Requisition materials and supplies needed for operations.
• Interpret specifications and blueprints to lay out reference points for workers.
• Provide training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques.
