  • Notifies and coordinates with municipalities, consultants, and utility companies for relocation projects and planning.
  • Prepares and reviews utility agreements, easements, job-specific provisions, and cost estimates; negotiates obligations and approves final invoices.
  • Conducts field visits to explain project impacts and ensure alignment with policy and expectations.
  • Reviews permit applications for compliance with policy and documents variances.
  • Ensures design and construction costs meet state and federal auditing guidelines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited)
Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri
