• Five years of experience in highway or transportation engineering, utility coordination, permitting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Notifies utilities and municipalities of upcoming projects and establishes adjustment plans.
• Prepares and reviews reimbursable utility agreements, highway easements, provisions, and estimates; reviews costs for compliance.
• Negotiates Commission obligation percentages on adjustments and approves final utility invoices for payment.
• Reviews utility permit applications for policy compliance and documents variances.
• Conducts field visits with municipalities, consultants, and utilities to explain project impacts.
