Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC is seeking a Utilities Project & Safety Specialist to lead all Manufacturing department aspects of project execution, vessel inspections, and safety coaching for the asset operations team.

You will also act as process control board vacation relief, coordinating safety plans, training, and incident investigations to ensure safe, compliant operations across shifts and projects.

Qualifications

• 18 Years of Age with a High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of Operator experience in chemical manufacturing.
• 2+ years Console Operator experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Must possess or obtain a TWIC card prior to first day of employment.
• Possess a current, valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSSE compliance and safety coaching across teams.
• Lead capital projects, vessel inspections and process improvement efforts.
• Direct field activities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Collaborate with Training on safety-related operations training (e.g., Safe Work Permitting, LOTO).
• Enter high-quality Work Notifications (WN) with clear scope for repairs and tasks.
