Ensure environmental and regulatory requirements are incorporated into project scope, execution, and asset care plans.

Accountability 2: Asset Care Leadership

Lead and continuously improve the site Asset Care (AsCare) strategy to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant infrastructure performance. Own the asset integrity and lifecycle management program for site facilities and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to INEOS standards and regulatory requirements. Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery. Prepare and review cost estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
