The ideal candidate selected for this temporary role will serve as administrative support for the NC Dept of Commerce - Utilities, by providing great customer service to internal and external parties and all who interact with the Chief Clerk's office. Key duties include, expediting orders, reserving dockets, and filings submitted through the electronic portal and USPS mail while minimizing public-facing errors to the greatest extent possible.
