Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Brunswick Cellulose facility seeks a Utilities and Outage Maintenance Leader to own maintenance and reliability across recovery, power, recausticizing, and waste-treatment operations, and to oversee mill-wide outage planning.

You will partner with operations, engineering, procurement, and maintenance to deliver safe, cost-effective outages, build asset strategies, and drive disciplined execution through supervisors, planners, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or reliability improvement in a continuous-process manufacturing environment.
• Experience planning and executing major outages, turnarounds, or complex maintenance events.
• Experience using preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and reliability-improvement methods.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for maintenance planning and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability for recovery, power, recausticizing, and waste-treatment operations.
• Plan and execute mill-wide outages, including scope, schedules, and post-outage review.
• Develop maintenance strategies to improve safety, reliability, uptime, and lifecycle costs.
• Improve planning, scheduling, preventive/predictive maintenance, and root-cause analysis.
• Manage budgets, contractors, scope changes, and safety/compliance standards.
