Apex IT is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Field Service Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Field Service solutions for utility clients. The role supports remote or on-site work with substantial travel (up to 75%) to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has deep Oracle Field Service and Oracle Utilities experience, with strong skills in cloud architecture, integration, and stakeholder collaboration across business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle Field Service experience with multiple implementations for utilities.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Utilities applications and utility operations.
• Strong cloud architecture knowledge and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle Field Service solutions for electric, gas, and water utilities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to define requirements and transformation objectives.
• Design end-to-end field service solutions supporting meter work, connections, outages, inspections, and maintenance.
• Develop architectures that integrate Oracle Field Service with Oracle Utilities apps (CC&B, C2M, MDM, WAM, Outage).
• Provide leadership during design reviews, governance sessions, testing, and production deployments.
• Support business development with client demos, proposals, and project estimation.
