Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a senior Oracle Field Service lead to design and implement field service solutions for electric, gas, and water utilities. You will steer architecture, integration, and deployments while collaborating with business leaders, IT, and operations to boost workforce efficiency and customer experience.

In this role, you will facilitate workshops, define scheduling and routing requirements, and ensure successful production deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Field Service experience with multiple utility implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, and REST/SOAP APIs.
