Job summary

Global Cellulose Fibers in Columbus, MS, is seeking an Operations Maintenance Coordinator (OMC) to lead the Utilities MWS and drive maintenance execution with a strong safety focus. The role reports to the Utilities Business Unit Manager and partners with area managers, maintenance teams, and operations staff to optimize reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Utilities MWS team and drive maintenance execution.
• Facilitate MWS meetings, planning, and outage scheduling.
• Own MWS metrics and ensure quality performance.
• Manage SAP-PM notifications review and scheduling.
• Coordinate daily maintenance schedule and permits within budget.
• Support planning and spend management for the area.
• Collaborate with managers to review work backlogs and RCFA actions.
• Act as gatekeeper for break-in work and promote precision maintenance.
