Job summary

Global Cellulose Fibers is seeking a Production Coordinator in Columbus, MS to lead shift operating teams and ensure performance targets are met with a strong focus on safety and compliance. The role reports to the Operations Work Systems & Byproducts Manager and requires excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and collaborating across mill resources to drive continuous improvement and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing or pulp and paper environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operating teams to meet site performance goals.
• Ensure safety rules and programs are followed and incidents investigated.
• Coordinate with Process Resources and area teams to drive disciplined operations.
