Harbor Group Management is seeking a Utilities Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee utility expense programs and drive cost efficiency across the portfolio. The role includes data analysis, budgeting, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with energy filings.

You will lead a team, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to sustainability initiatives while aligning with company policies and lease addendums.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sustainability, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in utility management, financial analysis, or sustainability programs.
• Experience with utility expense and reimbursement budgeting and managing third‑party vendors.

Aufgaben

• Oversee utility management program operations and supervise an analyst(s).
• Track and report on utility rate changes and data anomalies.
• Develop annual and acquisition-related utility budgets with clear variances.
• Prepare regular utility performance reports for Multifamily Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with energy filings (e.g., NCUC, ENERGY STAR) and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and SOP updates.
