Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Utilities Maintenance Supervisor for Plant 22 Thomson Facility to direct maintenance of HVAC, boiler, steam, compressed air, water treatment, and related systems. You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and drive TPM initiatives to improve reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and enforce safety policies; manage attendance and discipline.
• Ensure availability of materials and equipment for maintenance and installation tasks.
