The role includes supervising daily maintenance operations, coordinating with departments, and ensuring safe, efficient work practices. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with prior lead or supervisor experience in maintenance, and prefers 1+ year supervisory exposure, especially in extrusion environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and previous Lead or Supervisor experience in Maintenance in the most recent 5 years required.
• Preferred: 1+ years previous Maintenance supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with Extrusion process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and evaluate work of maintenance staff and contractors.
• Coordinate with Lean Leadership, Department Managers, and Production Managers for continuous improvement.
• Schedule and assign work orders, monitor completion, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance procedures, PPE compliance, and safety training for personnel.
• Interact with Hourly Teammates, HR, Plant Engineer, and other support functions as needed.
