Job summary

Lilly in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Utilities Lead Operator to provide frontline leadership of utility systems at the Medicine Foundry site. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations and act as supervisor in absences while coordinating with site leadership and engineering teams.

The role requires 5+ years in utilities or industrial operations, awareness of cGMP pharma, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with a fixed 12-hour night schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in utilities or industrial operations.
• Prior supervisory experience in cGMP pharma preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Respond to call-ins.

Responsibilities

• Act as supervisor in absences and manage shift priorities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and review SOPs.
• Maintain GMP and EH&S standards.
