Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in utilities, industrial, or mechanical operations; GMP pharma environment preferred.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain all utility systems with minimal oversight.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across utility operations areas.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and process issues; report findings to supervision.
• Support training and development of Operators.
• Suggest continuous improvement ideas and raise safety concerns.
• Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, and EH&S protocols and maintain logs.
