Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related technical field OR high school diploma/GED plus 1 year of maintenance work experience.
• Knowledge in Utility Plant Operations, HVAC Systems, Process Equipment, or Fire Protection Systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on utility, HVAC, fire protection, and process equipment systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Operate and maintain Central Utility Plant systems.
