Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and work plans; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Install and maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Read and interpret instructions and safety procedures.
• Repair and service boilers, motors, belts and pumps.
• Respond to emergency HVAC issues.
• Record faults and report time/materials on work orders.
