Accenture is seeking an experienced senior leader to guide strategic CX transformations for utilities clients in the United States. You will shape service models, deploy future-state roadmaps, and drive cross-functional teams across strategy, operations, and technology to improve customer trust, satisfaction, and cost-to-serve.

You will lead assessment-to-implementation programs, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and work with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Strategy or Management consulting experience focused on reimagining customer service, support, contact center operations, back-office delivery or digital engagement.
• Proven experience translating data-driven insights into service transformation with measurable impact.
• Experience leading end-to-end engagements from assessment through implementation with tangible outcomes.
• Deep functional expertise across customer service domains (transformation, journey management, operating models, workforce, quality & performance).
• Experience evaluating benchmarking data to size opportunities and shape strategic recommendations across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment-to-strategy-to-implementation engagements for utility clients.
• Manage workstreams, teams, and client stakeholders to drive initiatives from vision to execution.
• Develop and deploy future-state operating models balancing customer experience, regulatory needs, and business value.
• Guide cross-functional teams (strategy, functional, technology) to craft innovative yet achievable recommendations.
• Leverage AI, GenAI, and conversational design to shape CX roadmaps and ecosystem partnerships.
