Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Utilities Engineer to design, optimize, and sustain plant utility systems, including HVAC, steam, boilers, and water treatment, driving reliability and cost efficiency.

You will lead capital projects, mentor cross-functional teams, and support sustainability and energy management initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of utility systems and facility infrastructure
• Experience in capital projects and procurement
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability programs
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for utility systems (air, HVAC, steam, water) to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Analyze utility performance and implement corrective actions.
• Develop technical solutions for utility improvements based on operational needs.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, drawings, and project reports.
• Maintain P&IDs, utility maps, and SOPs.
• Plan and track capital/expense utility projects with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; report progress.
• Support sustainability and energy management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
