Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. seeks a Utilities Engineer to lead utility operations and environmental compliance within a manufacturing setting. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, and external contractors to support production goals.

You will manage HVAC, boilers, steam, wastewater, and electrical distribution, while driving energy efficiency and regulatory compliance. Strong project leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum five years managing utility systems in manufacturing.
• Experience with energy-intensive industrial operations and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, execution, and oversight of utility projects and improvements.
• Manage HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, steam, compressed air, wastewater, and electrical systems.
• Ensure infrastructure supports current and future production while maintaining reliability.
• Identify energy conservation and sustainability initiatives to reduce costs.
• Monitor utility performance and develop recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain utility KPIs, reports, and budgets.
