Job summary

Sartorius AG in the United States is seeking an experienced engineer to execute technical work packages, analyze data, and adapt approaches based on test results to improve product performance. You will document findings and communicate recommendations to support timely decisions.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and fluency in English and Spanish, with exposure to lab, development, and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with min 3 years’ experience in Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field or PhD.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one engineering discipline relevant to Sartorius technologies.
• Experience executing engineering activities, technical analyses, and problem solving within laboratory, development, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to evaluate technical data and translate findings into engineering recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical solutions effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Document technical findings and engineering conclusions by preparing reports and communicating results to support technical decision-making
