Job summary

Grow with Us — Your Responsibilities
  • Supports manufacturing operations within the Manufacturing Department as defined by Production Team Lead and Value Stream Manager.
  • Troubleshoot process & equipment problems promptly to minimize manufacturing downtime.
  • Assemble products to support Manufacturing Assembly teams in order to achieve daily production rates given by the Production Manager.
  • Problem Solve issues with complex instruments—at times with little to no written instruction or reference materials.
  • Realize and control all production operations with the requested quality, while respecting performance constraints and requirements (safety, security and environment).
  • Know and follow the safety rules related to equipment and people.
  • Report with rigor and precision of their production to the shift leader / team leader.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and permanent storage of the work environment.
What Will Convince Us
  • High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing position, including:
    • Assembling complex mechanical or electronic systems.
    • Troubleshooting and testing systems.
    • Providing detailed examples of actually problem‑solving scenarios.
    • Configuring/installing software for new assembly setups.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical documentation and perform basic calculations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent computer literacy and technical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and associated processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security and environment standards & procedures.
