Accenture in the United States seeks a senior Management Consultant for Accenture Song’s Utilities practice to help energy and water clients reinvent service, improve trust, and reduce cost to serve through strategy, operating models, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design and deploy end-to-end customer experiences, measurement frameworks, and roadmaps that deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Strategy or Management consulting experience focused on helping organizations reimagine customer service.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience creating & implementing experience design, data‑driven insights, and analytics into service transformation to improve customer outcomes and reduce cost‑to‑serve
• Minimum of 4 years of deep functional expertise across one or more key customer service domains:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years' work experience)

Responsabilités

• Lead assessment‑to‑strategy‑to‑implementation engagements for client service transformation.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and drive implementation to improve customer and financial outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and engage client leaders to shape and deploy roadmaps across strategy, process, and technology.
