Job summary

Accenture Song’s Utilities practice is seeking an experienced senior leader to design, operate, and transform high-impact customer service programs for electricity, gas and water providers. You will guide assessment, strategy, and implementation, managing cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operating metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of Strategy or Management consulting experience focused on customer service and digital engagement.
Experience creating and implementing experience design, data-driven insights, and analytics into service transformations.
Leading assessment-to-strategy-to-implementation engagements with measurable impact.
Deep functional expertise across customer service domains in utilities or related sectors.
Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, and conversational design for customer journeys.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale transformations, supervise teams, and mentor junior staff.
Develop thought leadership and offerings with actionable client guidance.
Maintain relationships with senior clients and act as trusted adviser to executives.
Originates sales and drives proposals and RFP presentations in collaboration with Managing Directors.
Ideate and deploy automation and AI solutions across front- and back-office for utilities.
