Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives across OT, telecom assets, customer-facing software, IT systems, and renewable technologies.
• Analyze and document current-state processes; identify improvement areas and support optimization.
• Manage dependencies across project workstreams and parallel initiatives.
• Support project leadership in workshops, capturing requirements, and presenting deliverables.
• Assist in driving change management for large transformational utility programs.
• Collaborate to apply lessons learned and industry best practices to client service.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations; contribute to new methodologies and thought leadership.
