Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Utilities Consulting Interns to join our Utilities Practice in a hybrid work setting. You will work with senior consultants on strategy, technology evaluation, and process optimization to deliver client solutions in the energy and utilities sector.

You will gain exposure to AI tools and data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with senior executives to drive operational improvements and customer experience enhancements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives and supporting process optimization.
• Analyze and document current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support project leadership in workshops, requirements gathering, and presenting deliverables to stakeholders.
• Assist in driving change management for large transformational programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to apply lessons learned and industry best practices to enhance client service.
• Support business development activities through proposals and client engagements.
