Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 minimum required.
• Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office.
• Willingness to travel Mon–Thu up to 50%.
• Explain expected graduation window during offer stage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives including OT, telecom assets, customer-facing software, IT systems and renewables.
• Analyze and document current-state processes to identify improvements.
• Manage dependencies between project workstreams and parallel initiatives.
• Support project leadership in workshops, requirements gathering, and delivering stakeholder deliverables.
• Assist in driving change management for large transformational utility programs.
• Collaborate to apply lessons learned and industry best practices to client service.
• Support business development activities through proposals and client-facing materials.
• Contribute to new methodologies and thought leadership for client engagements.
