Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee utility infrastructure projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and contractors to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to specifications.

This role requires relocation to Kentucky, with a comprehensive relocation package and full benefits from day one. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $155,000 per year, plus health, dental, 401(k) and other perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, civil eng, or related field.
• Proven experience as Construction Manager or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and PM principles.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction/PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Review contracts and manage risks on-site.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare internal and external progress reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other building professionals.
