You will coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while meeting specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as Construction Manager or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Experience with Procore/PlanGrid and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion within time and budget.
• Review schedules and cost estimates to plan delivery.
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors; ensure roles are understood.
• Review contracts and obligations; ensure compliance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and report issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction specialists.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
• Analyze and mitigate site risks; maintain daily progress logs.
