Ferrovial is seeking a Utility Relocation Manager to coordinate relocation activities on major projects and provide technical support to utility relocation work. You will prepare drawings using MicroStation and liaise with Utility Owners and their designers.

The role requires coordinating meetings, producing minutes, and managing communications, budgets, and schedules while ensuring quality standards throughout construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate utility relocation activities on the project and provide technical and functional support.
• Prepare drawings (MicroStation) and exhibits.
• Coordinate with Utility Owners and their designers.
• Conduct meetings and program agendas with Utility Owners and designers.
• Produce minutes and manage communications (letters, emails, drawings).
• Review utility design plans and assist/lead Utilities meetings.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage costs, labor schedules, and ensure quality requirements and standards.
• Process change orders and provide expertise on Utilities, ROW, and Easements.
• Recommend changes and manage subcontractor scopes.
