Job summary

Ezio’s, a boutique Italian steakhouse opening in Miami Beach, seeks disciplined dishwashers to join our opening team. The dish team keeps the kitchen running smoothly and upholding high standards of craft and hospitality. Experience is required; attitude matters.

You’ll maintain a clean station, follow sanitation practices, assist in deep cleaning, and support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. Nights and weekends are required, with growth potential within a quality-driven restaurant

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal directions in a busy kitchen.
• Stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times.
• Follow proper sanitation practices, including 3-bin systems and chemical handling.
• Regularly sweep, squeegee, take out trash, and assist in deep cleaning tasks.
• Communicate with chefs about dish station needs (chemicals, repairs, restocking).
• Support the kitchen team with prep or cleaning projects when needed.
• Work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking disciplined, fast, and reliable Dishwashers to join our opening team.
