Azul Hospitality Group is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to oversee and expand our Utah market, driving revenue and building strategic partnerships with key clients. The role focuses on leading sales for two hotels, developing comprehensive territory strategies, and enhancing group, catering, and event sales across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record in hospitality sales leadership, strong relationship skills, and the ability to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership with a track record of revenue growth in hospitality.
• Experience managing a multi-hotel or territory sales team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with corporate partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct the sales effort for two hotels.
• Sell the property’s concepts to group, corporate and leisure prospects.
• Prospect and qualify all lead sources through cold calls and networking.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key accounts.
• Develop annual Group, Banquet, and Catering Operating Budget and Sales & Marketing plan.
