Active ABA member in good standing.

Responsibilities

Draft documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and contracts.
Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to move cases toward resolution.
Assist clients in identifying optimal solutions to legal conflicts.
Attend court hearings and perform legal research with senior attorneys.
Maintain organized case files and provide regular updates to clients.
Investigate personal injury evidence including police reports and medical records.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Conduct depositions and witness interviews.
Develop legal strategies with other attorneys.
