100Hires, Inc. is seeking a skilled UT Operator to perform non-destructive testing and full body ultrasound inspections on OCTG products in an industrial setting in Houston, TX.

You will interpret work orders, calibrate equipment, document results and train a UT Operator trainee while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role requires UT Level I & II certifications, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in NDT Inspection.
• Certification requirements: UT Level I & II.
• Ability to interpret production work orders and ensure correct services are performed.
• Strong understanding of NDT equipment setup, calibration, and documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an industrial environment.
• Successful completion of Visual Acuity and Color Perception examinations.
• High School Diploma or GED.

This position involves performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials and equipment. The position will be responsible for multiple duties, contributing to the overall success of the production process.UT Operator must successfully perform *full body ultrasound inspection* of material as needed.
