Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks a Management Analyst II – Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) Program Support in Port Hueneme, CA. You will provide professional program management, financial analysis, BI, and performance assessment for Navy unmanned vessel programs.

Role requires active secret clearance, DoD experience, advanced Excel, Power BI proficiency, and ability to coordinate with government stakeholders. Excellent briefing and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• HS Diploma required.
• 5 years of related DoD/program management experience.
• Experience with financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Proficient Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI.
• Strong communication and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and analytical support for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and closeout.
• Analyze financial data, funding allocations, and execution trends; develop recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial analysis tools and weekly/month-end reports.
• Create Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for performance monitoring.
• Develop SharePoint portals and reporting solutions to improve data access.
• Prepare executive briefings and Management reports; coordinate with stakeholders.
