Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• - 5+ years in program/project coordination or related areas.
• - Exceptional organizational skills.
• - Ability to manage many projects and see dependencies.
• - Strong written and verbal communication; collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized view of active, pending, planned, and completed USV engineering efforts.
• Develop and administer an engineering project-intake/readiness process.
• Identify dependencies, resource conflicts, funding constraints, and schedule threats; drive follow-up actions.
• Prepare information for portfolio reviews, prioritization, and management reviews.
• Develop portfolio reporting on depth, priorities, status, and resource demand.
• Interact with engineers, managers, supply chain, manufacturing, and vendors.
