Job summary

Gemini Industries Inc. seeks a USSF Project Manager in the National Capital Region to lead a critical task order supporting the U.S. Space Force. The role requires top-secret/SCI clearance and a strong background in program or project management.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-divisional efforts, drive performance, and contribute to multi-year planning while leveraging data analytics, AI, and digital transformation to support senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred; or bachelor’s with 8+ years of relevant PM experience.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Security clearance TS/SCI required.
• Ability to coordinate cross-divisional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate action within the applicable division, other divisions, HQ Space Staff and stakeholders.
• Track progress on design/development/delivery of systems and capabilities to meet mission requirements.
• Interface with Space Force strategy and plans-related analysis and support with key stakeholders.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives using AI and data analytics to support senior leadership decisions.
